任职要求

1.拥有工商管理、机械/电气工程、IT、软件开发、项目管理或类似专业的学士和/或硕士学位 2.具有 2 年或 2 年以上相关敏捷工作经验，担任过 Scrum Master、RTE 或敏捷项目经理等敏捷角色。 3.了解敏捷开发，获得敏捷开发相关证书（CSM、SAFe scrum master、SAFeagilist、ACP 等）者优先。 4.具备稳定的汽车行业知识，如电动汽车、车联网、应用程序或软件开发、自动驾驶技术等方面的知识。 5.英语技能出色（口语和写作） 6.有上进心、灵活、积极主动、学习能力强，对新想法和反馈持开放态度 1.You have a completed Bachelor and/ or Master degree in e.g. Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical engineering, IT, software development, Project management or similar 2.You already have 2 years or more related agile working experience with agile roles like scrum master, RTE or agile project manager etc. 3.You have knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies, agile related certificates preferred (CSM, SAFe scrum master, SAFeagilist, ACP etc.) 4.You gained stable automotive industry knowledge e.g. in Electric mobility, Connected car, App or Software development, Autonomous driving technologies 5.Your English skills are excellent(speaking and writing) 6.You are motivated, flexible, pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new idea and feedback
